Where Nate speaks
Based near Indianapolis, travelling nationwide. If your event is somewhere that does not have its own page here, that is not a signal about your city — it is a signal about what we are willing to claim.
Why there are four city pages and not thirty
A speaker page for a city he has never worked in can only say one thing: that he is available. That is true of every city in the country, so it is not information. Building thirty of those pages would make the site look bigger and make it worth less.
So a city earns its own page when there is something specific and true to put on it — normally a talk actually delivered there. Four cities clear that bar today. The list grows as engagements happen, not before.
Booking from anywhere else
Everything else is a travel conversation, and it is a short one. Nate flies from Indianapolis, arrives the day before any morning session, and works to your run of show. Nothing about the session changes because of the postcode.
The two things worth raising early are the date and the slot. In cities with limited direct connections the date does more work than anything else in the booking, and the slot decides how the session gets built — an opening keynote and a day-two afternoon session are different pieces of material.
International and destination events are workable too; those are covered on corporate retreats.
Remote, if travel is the obstacle
If the budget or the calendar will not carry travel, a virtual session is a real option rather than a consolation. It is built differently — shorter, more interactive — because the format demands it, not scaled down from the in-person version.
Wherever your event is
Send the city and the date. If it is somewhere without a page here, ask anyway — the answer is usually yes.
